1. Your Right to Delete Your Data

Any user who has connected their Meta advertising account to the "Panorama Ads MCP" application (operated by Panorama for Technology & Trade under the Radma brand) has the right to request deletion of their data associated with the application at any time.

2. How to Submit a Request

Deletion requests can be submitted via the following email address:

3. Suggested Email Subject

To help us process your request faster, please use the following subject line:

"Panorama Ads MCP Data Deletion Request"

4. Information Required to Process the Request

To help us verify and process your request, please include the following:

• Full name.
• Email address associated with the service.
• Business name.
• Meta Ad Account ID, if available.
• A clear description of the data you would like deleted.

5. Identity Verification

We may request reasonable verification of the requester's identity and authority over the relevant account, in order to protect user data from unauthorized deletion requests.

6. Processing Time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable legal and technical requirements.

7. Retention Exceptions

Certain limited records may be retained despite a deletion request, where required by applicable law, for security purposes, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

8. Revoking App Access from Meta Settings

In addition to submitting a deletion request by email, you can revoke the application's access to your account directly from your Meta settings using the following general steps:

1. Open your Meta account settings.
2. Go to the Apps and Websites section, or the Business Integrations section, depending on your account type.
3. Search for and select "Panorama Ads MCP" from the list of connected apps.
4. Choose to remove the app or revoke its granted permissions.

9. Important Note

Removing the application from your Meta settings stops its future access to your account, but it does not replace contacting us directly if you wish to delete any data that may already be held by the service.
